Director
As Director of Techne Engineering, Conor leads the team with over 18 years of experience in civil and structural engineering. His background spans some of London’s largest infrastructure projects — including Thameslink, HS2, and Thames Tideway — and he brings that same level of technical precision to every residential and commercial project Techne undertakes. Conor is passionate about creating designs that are not just efficient on paper but practical to build.
JEVGENIJS “GENE” JEGOROVS
Head of Engineering
Gene leads our engineering team with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong foundation in both structural analysis and design. Based in Oxford, he brings extensive experience in civil engineering, contributing thoughtful technical insight to every project. His expertise supports our commitment to delivering structural and civil engineering solutions that are practical, compliant, and constructible. Gene’s approach ensures each project is engineered with precision, efficiency, and long-term durability in mind.
FAEME THOMPSON
Associate
Faeme plays a key role at Techne Engineering by bringing all of the technical thought process into reality. His extensive knowledge on all things CAD BIM empower the team to transform engineering concepts into clear, detailed drawings and construction information. With a strong technical background and a practical approach to design, he ensures that every project is accurately represented and ready for construction.
BASILIO DA SILVA
Junior Engineer
Basilio joined Techne Engineering straight out of school with a strong passion for structural engineering. Currently training toward qualification, he is already demonstrating excellent design skills and attention to detail. His energy, curiosity, and commitment support the team in delivering high-quality structural and civil engineering solutions for our residential and commercial clients.
HORIA ISOFACHE
Senior Engineer
Horia brings extensive experience in concrete and timber design, strengthened by his work on nuclear power plants and his engineering background in Canada. His technical expertise allows him to provide targeted support across our structural engineering projects whenever needed.
KEVOULEE SARDAR
Finance and Marketing Manager
